Mild Hybrid: 10% Solution

This is a GM "Mild Hybrid" device. It is referred to as the "10% solution", because it is targeted towards curtailing fuel use during starting. The first 0-5 Mph of driving, draws the most torque from the engine. "Mild Hybrid" adds an electric motor enhanced starting system, to get the vehicles rolling. It is projected to add 10% to total mileage. Mild hybrid equipment can be installed on most heavy vehicles. Trucks, Vans, Buses and or Utility Vehicles, especially those that are used in start/stop driving will benefit the most.
